Recycled Glass Lamps

Posted July 19, 2013

Being an interior designer, I specify a lot of lighting for my clients.

Being an interior designer who likes to specify materials that are made close by and with eco-smart materials, I am constantly wishing for more options, especially in lighting.

These recycled glass lamps fit the bill...and my, they are pretty.

Made in Chicago, by a brother and sister team, these lamps are just three examples of the beautiful recycled glass collection offered by the lighting line. On the showroom floor, they are the only thing that is not made locally...I'm still working on the BHAG that, one day, everything for my design clients will be made in our own backyard!

A girl can dream, can't she?

Clear lucite circle at the base. Nice!

This sassy green goes well with many different colors in decor.

This little aqua beauty sports an oval shade.

Vases, coasters, desk top buddies. (Can you see the Evel Knieval robot?)

Clocks on the clock and mirror wall. The one on the left has vintage 1950's clothes pins - perfect for someone's laundry room!

More from the clock and mirror wall...

Dry erase and cork boards!
